Data Deletion

CoachBoard lets businesses reply to their own Instagram DMs with voice notes. You can remove CoachBoard and delete your data at any time:

1. In Instagram: Settings → Apps and websites, find CoachBoard, and tap Remove. This revokes our access and triggers deletion of your stored data.
2. Or email hello@coachboard.com.auwith the subject "Data deletion" and we will delete your data within 30 days.

We store your Instagram access token and connection details only to operate the service; on removal these are deleted.
